based Panoramic Blue is musicians Mike Hughes (Drums/Vocals), Matt Johnson
(Vocals/Guitars), JJ Towner (Vocals/Guitars), and Jeremy Sutton (Bass Guitar).
Their pop/rock sound has been compared to the likes of Switchfoot, Matchbox
Twenty, and U2.
Independently recorded and released, Panoramic Blue's "More Than Just A Lady" debuted to both critical and commercial success, selling more than 5,000 copies since its release. Panoramic Blue's "Live In Concert" captures the band's signature stage energy--tracked entirely at a single performance the record received a nomination for a Minnesota Music Award for "Best Pop/Rock Recording." With the success and acceptance of those releases the band began to shift their focus towards an even more commercial songwriting and recording style, while still maintaining their tour schedule and fan base. They have recorded a collection of new demos, and have continued to preview these new songs at concerts and online at the bands official website and myspace page. With a major record deal as the target the band has signed with Chuck Toler and Anger Management. Panoramic Blue has enjoyed a great deal of success and anticipate even better things to come. In addition to their recent recordings, the band has shared the stage with a variety of national acts including: Maroon 5, Everclear, Train, Sugar Ray, and many more. |
