Josh Taulbee (Bass) Josh is a funk master with 20 years of skill in creating the backbone bass line. He has played with the likes of legendary Big Walter Smith and the Groove Merchants. Having previously led the bands Carbon 14 and Dented, Josh comes to High and Mighty with a strong background and is ready to slap his stuff.

Steve Daly (Guitar and Vocals) Steve projects a powerful voice that has melded bands throughout the Twin City area for years. He has played with the bands of Joe Juliano, JJ Johnson, Andy Bailey and Barbara LeSheuer. This self-taught musical talent has developed a strong combination between vocals and licks. As a graduate of the music school of “figure it out by your damn self” he has led up the bands of Daly Planet, Radio Flyer and the Brown Derby Jam and he has also jammed in the bands of Critical Mass, Real, Power of Ten and Trilogy. His experience and energy radiate from center stage in the High and Mighty.

Dave Suchoski (Alto Sax) With 20+ years of experience, Dave adds sax appeal to the group High and Mighty. He was a long-standing member of the Power of 10 and has performed his powerful playing in, out, about and around the Twin City area. Most recently he captained the popular Twin City band Liberty Street. Dave promises to “add sax and stir” to the High and Mighty horn section.

JT (Lead Vocals) JT possesses a distinct, soulful and passionate voice. She has made her way through the music world singing everything from hard rock to jazz, performing with Twin Ports R&B, and hitting the stage at the Bayfront Blues Fest. Being voted "Best Female Vocalist" in the Northland has given her the opportunity to sing with Percy Sledge and Ron Levy, and myriad Twin Cities R&B bands.

Eric Wangensteen (Trumpet) Eric is a master on the trumpet in all musical styles ranging from funk to latin to jazz to big band swing music. He has dozens of recordings playing outrageously exciting Tower Of Power solos, dozens of recordings playing Chet Baker jazz solos full of mystique and expression, and dozens of recordings as the lead trumpet in latin bands. He has recorded with the top musicians in Los Angeles, including the famous Tonight Show, Tower of Power, and Maynard Ferguson musicians. Eric is on many CD's that are in stores all over the world. His background includes a BA degree in jazz. His love has been playing from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles in Big Band Swing bands. He is an exciting performer, often dancing all night.

Tony Lopez (Drums) Tony brings years of backbeat experience and solid backbone to High and Mighty. He has worked with Grammy award-winning Tejano great Flaco Jimenez. Locally, Tony has graced the stage with Down Right Tight, Corp. Etcetera Band, Herman Jones & the Exciters, The Cascades Show Band, Diamondhead Show Band, Time Element Funk Band, Marilyn Sellars, Mojo Buford, Fat Soul City, Midnight Rhythm Band, Elijah Blue, and Tony's own Beretta Rock & Soul Band. 

Al Quenomoen (Follow Spot / Lights) 18 years lighting and stage production experience is what Al brings to The High & Mighty. He comes to us with a Rock & Roll background, and a mentality of high energy lighting, that both compliments, and completes, The High & Mighty show experience. His resume includes production with local and national acts. Local acts such as the 1980's Twin Cities Rock legends Fragile, as well as The Generators, Screaming Furniture, Bulldogs, The Wetspots, Retro Rockers, KYX, Bone Daddy, Power of 10, Latin Sounds Orchestra, Sabor Tropical, Salsa Del Soul. National acts Badfinger, Foghat, The Trashmen, Jimmy Van Zant, and the German band Bon Fire.
