a nice band like yours doing in a place like this?" Amy M hears that just
about everytime she performs with her band. Their Chick Rock sound has
taken many first time listeners by surprise with attention grabbing covers
and striking originals. Amy M's song "Someday", co-written and produced
by husband and guitar player Dan Monaghan, caught the attention of Record
Producer Michael Lloyd (Dirty Dancing, Frank Sinatra, The Monkees, Air
Supply, etc...) and her song "Sparkle" was a finalist in the "2005 Positive
Pop Song Contest" and was featured several times on Kare 11 news. After
the release of Amy's third album "Sparkle", writing, recording and hiding
wasn't enough. It was time to get down to what she really loves...PERFORMING!
Since October of 2006, Amy M has rocked as many bars and music venues with
her full band Danhazer (guitar), Johnson (Bass) and a few rotating drummers)
as well as accoustic shows with Dan on guitar. Whether it's her full band,
